Mid-frame is bent, what do I need to replace?

I have a working iPhone 4S but there is a few cosmetic issues I would like to fix. The phone suffered an extreme fall and came out with a bent mid frame and a shattered back glass. The phone still works fine but the bent frame makes it impossible to put into a case. When I replace the frame should I replace all of the ribbon cables? If so what are the names of them all? I plan on keeping this phone for awhile and don't mind spending the extra $20 for a ribbon cable if I have to. In all reality I want to build a new phone and just put my logic board into it. What would my parts list look like? Thanks in advance! I love this site!

You can buy a mid frame with or without small pieces.

You can recover almost everything from the bend frame, only the 2 mesh on the bottom of the phone (speaker and mic) i would replace. Have a nice repair
