I have a Sanyo TV ce32ld81-b. The pic was working 3" at top was good. The rest was like a ready pic and slow moving pic. I was told it was the ribbon on the t-board and was told to move it about with the power on till i get a good pic. Now there's no pic at all. I've got a new t-board coming. The back light comes onn but no pic and the sound is good. Can you help thanks

Could be a bad gate driver IC on the panel or an inverter IC failing to deliver proper power to the gate driver intermittently.
