Can I use A1211 logic board in my A1150 MBP?

I have an A1150 MBP with Core Duo CPU. Can I install an A1211 Core 2 Duo logic board in my case? Everything looks the same, but I'm thinking that Apple changed *something* to prevent this idea from taking root. Power supply, display? Can anyone enlighten me? Minor changes to the case, even connectors, not a problem for me.
