I found this to see if someone will help: The capacity of a 4 and 5 of the sign code. For example:CG-8Gb

DG-16Gb

FG-32Gb

HG-64Gb.

Attila, it is almost impossible to tell you that from the motherboard number. The best way would be if you check the number on the Toshiba NAND memory chip itself. You are looking for something like TH58NVG6XXXXXX
