No sound when calling someone but Viber is Okay

I can't hear anyhing when i call someone. No one hear anyhing, me and who i call.

But i tested with Viber, there's no problem. Everything is fine.

Any opinion?

Options

Sounds like your audio chip, try putting something between chip and metal coverplate. Its only a temp fix but it should do the job
