I just finished replacing lcd & front glass assembly & when I turned phone back on the screen only shows a dim, dark blue color. it makes sounds but doesnt display anything. Anybody know what I may have done wrong?

In my experience, that is usually a bad screen that you replaced it with, or there may have been some liquid damage to the board. Try reinstalling the old screen to see if it works, and if it does, return the replacement screen from wherever you bought it!
