my phone was fine this morning no signs of malfunctions and around 3:15 the same day i noticed the screen was black. I held the top right power button for about 2 minutes straight but nothing i charged it but it still hasn't turned back on. And my friend tried call it and the phone rang but there was no reaction on my phone. WHAT SHOULD I DO.... HELP!!!!!!!

If you still have a warranty i would claim it, if not? you came to the right place. follow the guide to see if any cables are out of place.

To make it clear did your phone ring with nothing being displayed? Or did you hear it ring on your friends phone while he was calling?

1) calm down
2) have you tried recharging it THEN holding the power button?
3) have you tried going to the store where you bought it and ask someone there?
