Why will my iPhone 3 not connect to my home Wi-Fi system?

I cannot connect to my wifi home system. Previously, it connected automatically once I came within range.

Now, in "Settings", "Wi-Fi", it shows "Not Connected".

When I choose the network and enter the password, it says "Unable to join the network".

I am able to connect to other networks e.g. our Wi-Fi system in work. Also, other users are able to connect to my home Wi-Fi system.

Please help!!

The first thing I would try is resetting your network settings.

Click Settings>General>Restore>Restore Network Settings.
