Reset, hold both Home and Power Buttons until the iPhone restarts itself, usually about 10 seconds time. If still no screen, make sure there is no dim image in bright light. If no image at all, follow guides on this site and open iPhone to see if the LCD Flex cable has come loose, if so, carefully push it back perfect. If the Flex is seated perfect, then next step would be to replace the Front Assembly LCD Display with Digitizer.
