Mini starts without pressing the Power button?

After changing the CPU i noticed a weird power problem.

I connect the mini to the electrical outlet and the mini will start immediately without pressing the power on button.

Have i done anything wrong at the replacement?

The only thing i noticed is that the batterie wont work anymore. I have to set the wifi password etc. everytime at startup.

Any suggestions?
