is it after water damage or fall?

check for the contacts near the home button ,you should see two capacitors there and two prongs on the back of the dock connector ,also make SURE THE Flex cable of the home button is inserted carefully ,if all is there ,try a new home button assembly also check for the dock flex cable contacts on the board ,

The iPhone had an water damage and a fall.. After the fall the homebutton worked sometimes and after the little water damage the button works at one of 20pushs.

After replacing the old button flex the homebutton doesn't works an more.

Ok what. You need to do if you can is to inspect the water damage to your phone ,have you suspected the board for corrosion ,have you cleaned it with alcohol?

If not do so ,I would advise to test the board Inside a known good iPhone assembly (just the board) if issue remains after cleanup and yo find no signs of defects on the board and if it does works on a new iPhone Assembly then it's either the faulty dock flex cable or the flat button ,very important first check the home button flex cable and it's very tiny socket make sure it's seated well and lock it ,but if you say there is response it's probably the button not creating good contact with flat under it in order to press it(no cables here just the flat should make good contact with the button .
