Front camera stopped working after digitizer replacement?

After a somewhat succesful replacing of the digitizer on my ipod touch 4g, the front camera stopped working. The back camera is fine and I didnt even touch the front facing camera so I have no clue as to why! The front camera wil start up but it will not open. Anyone know how i can fix this,
