Replacing screen, and motherboard won't come out.

Trying to remove the motherboard from my phone to replace the screen. I've removed all of the screws, but it won't 'slide out' like the directions say. Help?!

Is the top screw next to the camera under the black tape out?

There is a small screw on the top left corner (close to the rear facing camera). There is a small screw under a black piece of sticky material.

still doesn't come out! yes i took out the screw by the camera and no the verizon iPhone doesn't have a slip card slot. ahhhh
