The scroll click wheel not working?

if we reset the iPod the click wheel works for some time but again stops working.We tried tesetting ,updating software but not working. Can any one help?/ suggest any remedy.

If this is a 5G iPod Nano, it should still be under warranty. I'd talk to Apple about replacing it.
