Airport/Bluetooth Cable Won't Reconnect to Logic Board

Greetings All,

I followed the iFixit guide to disconnect the Airport/Bluetooth cable from my 13" MacBook Pro's logic board. At this point, I am not able to reconnect the cable back to the logic board...it will not stick.

I am wondering a few things...

- Is there a technique I am unaware of that will make reconnecting easier?

- Is it possible that something is broken? More importantly, how can I tell if something is broken? Are there any visual signs?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Yes something can always be broken, and connectors ripped off the board. The best advice I can give you is to study the pictures... if needed get a magnifier and study your board and connector. Sometimes "rocking" the connector as you apply pressure works for me (typing to get most of the receptor over the nipple as you apply pressure).
