Can previous removable unibody batteries be used on the new MacBook?

Can the new MacBook's battery be replaced with the removable battery from one of the previous aluminum MacBooks or MacBook Pros since Apple Offers those on their Online Store?

No, it's slightly different, but there's no reason to check apple when you can buy the right battery for your MacBook from iFixit.
