How can I fix my iPhone 4s processor?

I have an iphone 4s and I took the iphone to someone to fix it and he said the iphone can't be fixed because the processor dosn't work and the processor can't be fixed or change.

What is wrong with it? Why was it suggested that the processor is not working?

Options

If that is correct, your only option is to replace the logic bd. The processor is soldered on to the logic board and can't be replaced by it's self.
