Jetski cranks but won't start

This Jet Ski was running great and then suddenly stopped working. Initially it would only make a loud click when trying to start it. We replaced the starter motor, which fixed that particular issue. The Jet Ski now consistently turns over, but won't actually start. There are sparks, and we've also tried brand new sparkplugs. We opened up the carburetor and did a quick cleaning, which didn't change anything. I think it's an issue with the fuel system, but don't really know where to go next.

Any suggestions on what to try or how to troubleshoot next?
