Is it possible to switch a White Macbook LED to a Macbook Pro 13''? Is this a possible thing to achieve?

Depends on the age of the two machines. Once you get them both appart on the back of the display is a manufacturers sticker with a part number Google (or a vendor site) can tell you if the displays are compatible. You can also look at EveryMac.Com to find out if the video cards/OEM specifications are close.
