Can not recover my Blackberry ID Password

Hello all and thanks for your time... after my bold wnet down I got a loan of another blackberry (Pearl) and ask mt telco to help me sign and login yo make sure it was done right Got the pearl up and running with my email with little problems then I got my bold back from the techs and put my usual sim card into the phone and it asked me before i could do anything else for my blackberry ID Password to which i hda 10 attempts before I was locked out for 15 mins but vefore I used up my 10 attempts I tried to recover my forgotton password fron the link provided to which i had 5 attemps but to no avail cause my security answers did not work (I do know who my father is and was )have contacted ny provider many times only to gey even more frustrated as it seems they are not sure where to find my password that is relevent to this sitution Has anyone come across this problem and if so ant advise to try and reslove this would be great
