How do I unscrew a stripped iBook G3 12" DC-In Board screw?

Thank you for assisting me, my fellow Macintosh (ol' school right?) technician. I ordered a new iBook G3 12" DC-In Board for my neighbor's Mac'. The previous DC-In Board had the cord yanked out after someone tripped over it while it was plugged in. I followed the take-apart instructions. My Phillips "00" bit stripped the only screw on the DC-In Board in one turn. I was upset. I wasn't $$%#** because I was doing for a favor and not for money for my neighbor. She's been politely nagging about it for the past three weeks. I don't want to use a "bee-bee" gun to pop it out from the board 'cause I won't be able to screw the new one in. Which assault weapon or bit-driver would you use to remove that one f#%king "stripped" screw from the DC-In Board?

You can try putting a dab of super-glue or gorilla-glue in the head of the screw, then placing the screwdriver in the head of the screw and letting the glue dry. Hopefully this will allow you to unscrew it. Another idea is to use a dremel and cut a line across the head of the screw, then use a flathead screwdriver to remove the screw. Good luck!
