No Signal Bars next to Operator Logo

Hi,

I replaced the back panel and had installed a new battery. The phone turns on and I have no problem with it. I can make calls but the only thing is there are no signal bars coming up next to my operator logo.

Can anyone please help???

I would recommend a backup and restore in itunes. Might be the best solution instead of having to pull it to bits again
