I can't tell if it has 2 2GB sticks or 1 4GB stick

My MacBook Pro Mid 2009 Unibody has 4GB of RAM in it. I'd like to bump that to 8GB, but I can't tell if it has 2 2GB sticks or 1 4GB stick. Is there a way to tell without opening the unit first?
