Increasing RAM in Samsung Galaxy tab
can I increase the RAM in Samsung Galaxy Tab from 512MB to a higher value, say 1 MB or 2MB. If yes how do I do it

Anand, the memory is Flash NAND memory. an IC, and it is soldered onto the circuit board. It is an integrated part of your device. There is no easy way for the DIY'er to just change it. First you would have to find a higher capacity chip that fits, then you would have to make sure you solder the SMD IC onto the board. Last but not least, your firmware may not recognize the memory.
