Logicboard exchange to a newer one.

Dear iFixit Team,

I have a Macbook Pro 17" early 09 2,66GHZ.

My problem is, maybe the logicboard is defective,

so i want to change the logicboard.

So now my Question is, Does a logicboard from an 17" MBP mid 2009 with 3,06GHZ fit into mine?

That will probably work, if, indeed, the logic board is your problem. A flat rate repair from Apple will run about $320 with shipping if it hasn't gotten wet. For that price they will replace any and all non-working parts.
