Slide to unlock not working. Digitizer works fine.

I replaced my docking connector and now the slide unlock isn't working.

I can access the phone by swiping up on the camera then going to the gallery then using the home button.

Once I am to the home screen everything works fine and all the apps work fine.

The slide to power off button also doesn't work.

Follow up:

After playing with it for a while turns out the digitizer isn't working. Seems like a column of characters z,x,s,d,e isn't working.

Options

Great trouble-shooting. Try a Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone restarts itself. If still problem, Restore iPhone firmware with iTunes. If still problem???
