How do I seal the digitzer assembly with a dented back case?

I am successfully repairing 4th gen digitizers up until the point of sticking the new digitizer assembly to the back case. I am using the 3M 300LSE adhesive, but the screen won't rest properly on the left side due to a dent in the back case. I have even tried using adhesive on the sides with no luck. How can I either get it to seal or shape the back frame back to normal?

If the corner is bent in, you can take a towel and double over in the jaws of a good pair of pliers and a steady hand can fix the corner bends. You"ll have to readjust the pliers to work the metal out a little. The towel will keep you from marring up the plastic with the jaws of the pliers.
