Follow the complete directions to take it apart. It can be done I do it alot but a new one is less than 20 dollars. I do alot of inspires and it is not the easiest phone to work on. Take apart is fairly easy but use a hairdryer any where that you have glue to remove like the back of the phone before pulling the lcd up out of the frame. It will soften the glue on the back of the lcd and allow you to take it out alot easier. Same thing on the front glass. When the phone is apart, heat the front of the glass and you can gently lift the glass off of the frame. Begin working your way around the edges, a guitar pick works well here. If you use enough heat and don't pry to hard it can be successful for you.
