External Case for SSD/ Way of cloning SSD?

My macbook air's mother board is broken, and i have decided to buy a new laptop. However, it has been 3 months since i have last backed up. What kind of external case would i need for the SSD? so i can close it new my new macbook. Or is there another way for me to clone it?
