Hi! I replaced display assembly on my phone last night (ifixit rocks). Everything seems to be good except the phone speaker no longer works--I can only hear calls if I put them on speaker phone. Any Ideas?
I suspect that maybe I didn't get the digitizer cable installed correctly... though I'm pretty sure I did. Perhaps the display I got is defective?
Anyone else have this issue?

Sounds like the logic is not properly seated with the ear speaker prongs making contact on the board. I suggest reinstalling the logic board make sure the top of board fits in the slot at the top of the housing.

This approach makes sense to me. Take it apart again and see if you have any loose connections!
