No Power After Screen Replacement...iPod Touch 4th

Hello, so I have an iPod Touch 4th Generation. I replaced the screen / LCD assembly and followed the guide here perfectly. I plugged the LCD cable to the logic board, and tried turning it on, but it wont power on. I tried charging it, I tried a hard reset, nothing is working. I even tried plugging the old screen back in which was working and that didn't work either. Any ideas? Thanks!

Try plugging in to a charger or computer to boot it up. The power volume flex cable is very fragile and can be easily torn when you lift up the board to plug in the digitizer.

I had the same problem when i just replaced mine the other day. So i Googled it and found that if you take a screwdriver and touch the battery terminal all the way to the right and ground it with the bottom metal frame of the Ipod (without charging cord plugged in!) then try turning it on and it should turn on, if not plug charging cord and see if that works
