Can you install an ultra slim 2.5" HD in the MacBook?

Hello,

I want to change my HDD til an SSD, then I saw the price on the 2,5" ultra slim was lower than the regular 2,5" hdd.

So can I put a 2,5" ultra slim ssd i my macbook pro 15" late 2011?

The one i am thinking of is this one samsung 830 MZ-7PC128b - it is 7 mm high

Options

If it is a 2.5" Serial-ATA 9.5mm 6Gb/s SSD (SATA Rev 3.0) you're good. If it's not you'd probably need a adaptor/holder/cage for it.
