Replacement SD Board for Hero 2

Hi there, I have bought a brand new 32 gig sd card for my Go Pro Hero 2. The camera is unable to read the card and come up with an error code. The card is rated 10.

I think the sd board has been damaged and wanting to know where i can get a replacement?
