i can only listen to a call withi my headphone or speekers and the center button is not responding.the phone did not stay more than 4 seconde in the water.and i have some water on the screen

You want to avoid turning it on to cause more damage to the motherboard.
First, of you have the screw driver, remove the two bottom screws an slide off the back.
Let it dry, or even better, remove the board and clean it in 90+ % alcohol, and reassemble.
If the home button still doesn't work you will need a new home button ribbon!

Well if it happened not too long ago, turn it off, and stick it into a container with rice in it, or even better, silica gel packets.
The speakers should come back after this, not sure about the home button, but we'll see after it dries off.
Oh and was it fresh or salt water?

Same thing just happened to me (2 seconds in fresh water and the ringer bottun does not come back on. I can hear through sppeaker or headset but not through the ear piece.
I placed it in rice and lets just see what comes back on.
