MacBook Air Model A1237 Hard Drive Replacement

I currently have the above Mac, with the 80GB hard drive. I need more space and need to upgrade the drive. Can I upgrade it to a SSD, and if so what size and specs should I look for? Am I better off just staying with a standard HD?
