If that doesn't resolve your problem pullproblem, [https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/MacBook+Unibody+Model+A1342+RAM+Replacement/1666|pull your RAM out of their slotsslots] and reseat them, then do the resets again. Please let us know the results of these things.
