phone still vibrates when plugged in but screen is completely black

the phone recently dropped and fell completely faced down, and while there are absolutely no visible cracks on the screen- the phone is unresponsive- the screen shows no visuals at all- when someone calls the phone, you're able to still answer it if you press the area where the call answer button normally is (basically the touchscreen still works) and the phone vibrates when powering off, or plugging it into a charger
there is some damage on the back cover of the phone- it has a crack on it, and since the plastic is so thin, if you were to pry it a bit more- you could basically see the interals
is there a repair for this?
