I would try mobilesentrix or injuredgadgets. Both are reputable places to buy mobile device parts. Just make sure you get the correct one since there are a few moto devices with very similar names, I would go by model number more than anything.

Also keep in mind this  looks like a part that needs to be soldered on rather than it being a module that you can swap out readily.
