Hi, Thank you guys for the answers! We disassembled it and it was all glued together, pins too and charging pin port too, cuz we returned under warranty and they relaced the battery like this.. So we disassembled, pulled out and in the ports and then we took down the glue on the charging pin port, and it’s fine. It works, thank you guys for helping!
