Has there been any trauma to the device recently? A drop? Liquid damage? If not I would suspect the charge port is the problem.

A quick google search would suggest that there have been issues with slow charging on this model so it would make sense to follow good practice and make sure there are no background apps running and that the charge port is clean then attempt charging again.
