Which flex did you replace and why ?..there are quite a few in an iPhone :) Unless you replaced it with an original and known good part you might have received a faulty replacement, take that possibility into consideration too. If you fear having dislodged something during replacement you’ll need some magnification, a good light source and some patience, and check carefully the small components surrounding connectors where you might have applied some pressure with a spudger.
