Purchased an adapter headphone converter for Xbox one controller on amazon for about 24$. Fixed the problem my son was having with his mic not working after a while. Seems there is a poor construction problem with Xbox controllers that after continuance of pulling the headphones in and out of the jack on the controller something gets loose and doesn’t allow the connection between the Xbox controller and headphones to conduct. This little piece of equipement allows that conduction to take place again through another source. Hope this helps.[br]
