Title:

Need help fixing/cleaning keyboard connector

Text:

I recently had to replace the logic board on my 2012 15" MBP. However, it seems like the replacement logic board has an issue at the keyboard connector. A column of keys (9, 0, p, etc) as well as the \ and "enter" key don't work.

I know that the keyboard and cable are fine since I didn't have an issue with them before. I'd like to try to clean the ZIF connector. Does anybody have recommendations for how to do that? I was thinking 90+ % isopropanol and a toothbrush.

Also, does anybody know where I can find a pinout for the keyboard connector? I found [post|137609], but I don't know how to read the diagram.

Thanks for all your help!
