All lights are blinking, and tryied to reset with epson adjustment

It was my fault, paper got stucked (that wasn't my fault) and I remove it (that was my fault)

now all the lights are blinking, and I don't know what else to try.

Thinks I tryed:

Take out power supply

using epson adjustment tryed almost every test and all failed to fix it
