The first thing to do is determine if the replacement screen is defective. If you still have the original, cracked screen, you could connect (Follow this [guide|67563|guide]) that one to see if it also has the same symptoms. If it does, then you likely have an issue on the logic board and that would require a micro-soldering repair.

If the original screen works fine, then you should contact your screen vendor for a replacement.
