The replacement part is available online. Just search for ''Samsung Galaxy S5 micro usb daughterboard part'' to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
 
If repairing the phone seems too daunting to you, I suggest that you contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to repair the phone. You will already know the cost of the replacement part. ;-)
If you do decide to get it repaired professionally, (or even if you decide to do it yourself) ensure that you have a backup of your phone's data, e.g. pictures etc, just as a safeguard in case of worst case scenario and something goes awry. At least you will have your data.
