Had the same issue. Only option is to hard reset phone. My advice: Put BLU out of business by never buying their garbage again! We got 3 phones: one they took back due to defects (bot a Samsung), one died (bot another Samsung), and they turned the 3rd one into a brick with an untested update ... all three problems in less than a year. Phone hardware is junk, service and support SUX, software is buggy, and spyware is included FREE ... thanks BLU!!!
