I have followed the same process. Called Blu and after 1 1/2 hours on the phone they hung up on me. Called back and they have a recording stating they are aware of the issue, and they're working "AROUND THE CLOCK" to fix it. Don't see how they could fix it. Can they push a fix to all affected phones while they are inoperable? Most data I have is on Google services, except my texts. I have some important info that I will lose if I reset. I was thinking of giving them a day to fix the issue, but the same question keeps coming to me, Can they push a fix to all affected phones while they are inoperable?
