@jetlabbelectro what we need you to do is to check all of your boards. This is not as simple as suggesting it is the T-con board that has failed. Your's is a special case due to the water damage. Unplug your set, remove the back and take a very close look at all the boards. See if you find any obvious damage. Post some pictures of all of your boards etc. With your question. that will allow us to see what you see. Use [guide|21499|this guide] for that.
