The thin glass digitizer ison the HD10 is bonded to the entire surface of the LCD screen with a pretty strong adhesive. I thought I was breaking the edges loose with plastic spudgers and a heat gun but I left the top layer of LCD glass bonded to the digitizer. Without specialized equipment you will probably not separate the two layers successfully. Buy a replacement as a unit with both pieces already together. Other Amazon products are not designed like this. Others are glued only on the edges.
